Jon is a 5th generation son of Loveland with deep family ties to the community. He was born at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland but grew up in Loveland, attending local schools through high school. Jon serves clients in Loveland and the surrounding areas with comprehensive expertise in transactional business, real estate, estate planning, and probate matters. Jon is very active in the community, volunteering with and supporting a number of organizations for the betterment of his hometown including the Loveland Downtown Development Authority and the Loveland Historic Preservation Commission. As an avid history buff, Jon taught U.S. history classes at Ridgeview Classical Schools for five years while managing a busy law firm. Jon is married to Rachel and they have six children ranging in age from two years to age 28.

Sean is a native of Loveland and entered private practice in his hometown after beginning his law career as an Intern Law Clerk for the Honorable Jonathan Hays, Judicial District 19 in Greeley, Colorado. Sean has had the privilege of appearing before several Courts throughout Colorado but prefers the opportunity to assist clients in Loveland, Fort Collins, and Northern Colorado with their legal matters. Sean is especially versed in water rights and helps clients navigate the challenges in combining technical issues in legal contexts. With longstanding roots in the community, Sean is active in a wide variety of professional and civic organizations, including the Judicial Review Commission, the Community Kitchen, Loveland Sertoma, and the Thompson Education Foundation. Sean enjoys spending time with his daughter Amanda.
