Jon is a 5th generation son of Loveland with deep family ties to the community. He was born at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland but grew up in Loveland, attending local schools through high school. Jon serves clients in Loveland and the surrounding areas with comprehensive expertise in transactional business, real estate, estate planning, and probate matters. Jon is very active in the community, volunteering with and supporting a number of organizations for the betterment of his hometown including the Loveland Downtown Development Authority and the Loveland Historic Preservation Commission. As an avid history buff, Jon taught U.S. history classes at Ridgeview Classical Schools for five years while managing a busy law firm. Jon is married to Rachel and they have six children ranging in age from newborn to age 26.

Sean D. Rutledge

Sean is a native of Loveland and entered private practice in his hometown after beginning his law career as an Intern Law Clerk for the Honorable Jonathan Hays, Judicial District 19 in Greeley, Colorado. Sean has had the privilege of appearing before several Courts throughout Colorado but prefers the opportunity to assist clients in Loveland, Fort Collins, and Northern Colorado with their legal matters. Sean is especially versed in water rights and helps clients navigate the challenges in combining technical issues in legal contexts. With longstanding roots in the community, Sean is active in a wide variety of professional and civic organizations, including the Judicial Review Commission, the Community Kitchen, Loveland Sertoma, and the Thompson Education Foundation. Sean enjoys spending time with his daughter Amanda.

Linda Preslan Bower

Linda was born in Ohio and fell in love with Colorado while attending law school. Linda began her career with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office in the Water Rights and Water Quality Units, handling litigation cases, administrative compliance issues, and rulemaking hearings. She joined Sean Rutledge in private practice in 2009 to apply that experience to her water and real estate clients, including non-profits, ditch companies, individuals and businesses. Linda is versed in drafting contracts and complex pleadings for litigation matters in addition to mediating separation agreements. Linda is a longtime Loveland volunteer for a church based family homeless shelter and recently served as President of the Thompson Valley Rotary Club. Linda is married to Bob and they have two adult children. She enjoys hiking in the Rocky Mountains and canoeing in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area of Minnesota.
